BB Youth Company
Ballet Blanc Youth Company offers aspiring ballet dancers the opportunity to experience a professional company environment as they rehearse & perform a full length classical ballet.
Acceptance into BB Youth Company is by audition only. Following auditions, successful applicants will be offered a position as part of our youth ballet company for our production season which involves 4 - 5 x Sunday rehearsals in March & April and an Intensive Week in the April School Holidays.
Our company is comprised of three levels, our Junior Company for dancers aged approx. 8β10yrs, our Intermediate Company for dancers aged approx 11β13yrs, and our Senior Company for dancers aged approx. 14yrs+.
Dancers should be taking at least 2 x ballet classes at their dance studio to participate.

Note: It is anticipated that dancers will only be required to attend four or five of these Sunday rehearsals, a schedule will be released with your allocated days once casting has been done.

Pricing
$1,150 Intermediate Company (11yrs+) & Senior Company (14yrs+)*
$750 Junior Company (8β10yrs)*
A $550 deposit will be paid upon accepting an offer for a position with BB Youth Company.
Remaining fees will be payed in equal installments via our Ezi-debt auto payment plan on Monday 10th March & Monday 7th April 2025.
Intermediate & Senior Company - 2 x $300 installments
Junior Company - 1 x $200 installment
A non-refund policy applies once the season has commenced.

DRESS CODE
Rehearsals
Dress code for Sunday rehearsals & Intensive week is classical ballet attire with hair done appropriately for ballet class (ballet bun for female dancers).
Female Performance Checklist
Female dancers will require the following for the performance:
Ballet stockings in Theatrical Pink or to match skin tone
Ballet shoe style (Junior Company): Canvas ballet flats with elastics
Ballet shoe style (Intermediate & Senior Company): Canvas ballet flats with ribbons and pointe shoes if on pointe.
Nude colour dance underwear or bodysuit
Male Performance Checklist
Male dancers will require the following for the performance:
Nude dance underwear
Black ballet flats
Black ballet tights
