BALLET BLANC TALENT RELEASE FORM Talent Release * In consideration of my engagement as an ambassador and model for Ballet Blanc, I hereby grant full rights and permission for Ballet Blanc to use, re-use, publish and republish photographic portraits or pictures of me or in which I may be included without restriction to Ballet Blanc channels of advertising which include but are not limited to Ballet Blanc website, all social channels, online, dealer network socials, print & press advertising. I Agree Ambassador agreement * Upon accepting an ambassadorship position with Ballet Blanc dancers are agreeing to represent & promote Ballet Blanc in a positive way and demonstrate our values of building a supportive ballet community. Ballet Blanc Ambassador are an important representative of our brand and values. Their role is to help us inspire and connect with the next generation of dancers by spreading our values and opportunities amongst their peers & dance communities outside of Ballet Blanc as well as in their online presence on any social media accounts they may have. I Agree Ambassadors are agreeing to interact with Ballet Blanc in the following ways: * Share photos, videos, and behind-the-scenes moments from the ambassador shoot & company programs. Tag @_balletblanc when you post, and engage with Ballet Blanc by liking, commenting, and tagging relevant content. Repost Ballet Blanc audition updates and Training Intensive / Youth Company news once or twice a month (through to June 2026). Encourage dancers to audition for the 2026 BB Youth Company with the goal to inspire around five dancers to apply. Represent Ballet Blanc professionally at all events and shoots, showing the etiquette and commitment we value. Share occasional content (like a quote, rehearsal photo, or short video) that we can feature in Ballet Blanc promotions. Ballet Blanc Ambassadors are committing to participate in and represent Ballet Blanc at the following events: * For a full list of BB Youth Company dates please see our website. 1. Ambassador Photoshoot (Location: Tempe Studio's) - Sunday 26th October 2025 2. BB Elevated Training Intensive (Location: The Sydney Studio Group, Caringbah) — Tuesday 20th or Wednesday 21st January 2026 3. BB Youth Ballet Production (Rehearsal Location: The Sydney Studio Group Caringbah) — Dates are listed on our Youth Company Page on our website. An 80% attendance rate is required. Injury & Liability Waver * As dance is a physical activity, a risk of personal injury is involved. While Ballet Blanc takes all reasonable care and precaution in the conduct of its classes to prevent accidents and injury, it accepts no responsibility for injury or damages that occur in relation to its dance program. I am aware that Ballet Blanc teachers may need to touch dancers in order to correct their alignment and technique. I agree to this policy. Ballet Blanc agrees to offer ambassadors the following: * 75% scholarship and position to our 2026 January Training Intensive and BB Youth Company Season. Participate in our photoshoot and receive professional content, photos, and/or videos to keep and share. Enjoy a complimentary Ballet Blanc ambassador tee. Payment will be made via bank transfer by Monday, 9th March 2026. An email will be sent when our Youth Company season commences to confirm bank details.
